about

This is my logic project based on an original I wrote a while ago but decided to record: here's the video from two years ago when I wrote it www.youtube.com/watch?v=VZupTE07dVs

Essentially the story is about a flower who is sitting in the rain and how this flower looks up and thinks about how much the rain sucks
And it's been raining a long time so weeds start growing around the flower
The flower is trying to remember how nice the sun felt. The flower thinks, "thank god for rainy days because without them sunny days wouldn't be so amazing."

The sun comes back and it's really hot and the bees come out. They pollinate the weeds and the weeds get stronger around her. She longs for people to notice that the weeds are killing her. She survived the rain
She wants the weeds to die
The flower has to be strong so she creates light inside her pedals which cause her to grow
She grows soooo big that the weeds around her break
The flower is stronger
Nobody noticed the weeds or the rain
But the flower feels stronger because she got through it herself

lyrics

It’s a rainy day
but I can’t do a thing about it
i’m trying to forget about it

but it’s hard
it’s really beautiful in a way
look at all the interesting shades
we need dark to contrast light

to make it seem as bright
I long for them to open their eyes
and see what’s blooming inside
cuz sometimes weeds destroy the flowers
and bees pollenate the black powder

all the sudden there’s shade
the flower is hidden from the sky
some change will be made
she daydreams the weeds will die
I long for them to open their eyes

and see what’s blooming inside
cuz sometimes weeds destroy the flowers
and bees pollenate the black powder

inside the peddles some light grows
and grows and grows until it shows
the black powder bursts
and the vines crumble
at first it hurts
but the flower is stronger

I long for them to open their eyes
and see what’s blooming inside
cuz sometimes weeds destroy the flowers
and bees pollenate the black powder

but still, they don’t care to ask me why
I always, blew my smoke to the sky
but now, it doesn’t matter why
